Renters:
There is no charge made in order for you to use our site and its services.
It is the responsibility of the renter to conduct their own search within our
site and thus assume all liability for use of any information you find in the
floridavillaspecialist website.
The owners of floridavillaspecialist assume no responsibility for the accuracy
of any villa which is listed with us. All villa descriptions and information is
provided directly to us by the villa owner and/or managing agent. None of the
information has been verified by us.
It is the renters sole responsibility to confirm directly with the villa owner
and/or managing agent any information contained within the pages of the
floridavillaspecialist website.
The owners and operators of floridavillaspecialist accepts no liability and is
not responsible for any acts and/or omissions by any advertiser to this
website.
Renters are aware that each individual property has its own booking terms and
conditions which will include details on any refund and cancellation charges
set out by the property owner and/or managing agent. We advice all renters to
obtain a copy of such booking terms and conditions prior to booking. We accept
no responsibility for any advertisers terms and conditions and thus are not
responsible for the refund of any monies / rental fees for any reason.
Advertisers:
Floridavillaspecialist owner pages are paid on an annual basis and will become
due on the 11th April each year. Owners joining during the year will be charged
on a pro-rata basis and then annually thereafter. We are unable to offer
refunds to advertisers for cancelled memberships for any reason.
It is the sole responsibility of villa owners / managers and advertisers to
ensure the content held within their advertisement on this site is both
accurate and factual and that any request for such confirmation is provided to
any potential renter and/or service user.
The operators and owners of floridavillaspecialist cannot guarantee that the
site will be available 100% of the time.
Floridavillaspecialist reserves the right to reject or edit any page submitted
at our sole discretion.
Any enquiry generated from our site should not be passed onto other villa
owners at any time.
